Chibo Robo Recharged

Gamecube

Skip Ltd's quirky little game is apparently being revived. Shigeru Miyamoto has apparently followed development, and the title has been revived with better graphics and a different plot. Hopefully, we'll hear more at E3.

In the game, you control a 10cm tall robot by placing colour ed arrows on the ground. Red arrows make Chibi stay away from something, while green arrows direct him. You can make the little guy (complete with trailing power cord) interact with objects.

When the game was first being the developed the aim was to prevent robbers from stealing your owner's items, but now you'll aim to keep the family happy. You've got to be careful, though - Chibi only has so much power, so remember to charge him in the wall socket after a long play.

The strange little game has a odd sense of charm, and Skip's odd sense of style (remember GiFTPiA?) is perfect. Hopefully, the game will get a Western release sometime in the future.
