4.7 Million Downloads on Virtual Console

The Nintendo Wiis Virtual Console is pumping plenty of cash into the pockets of Nintendo, with Mario games being at the top of the list for most downloaded games.

Below is the list of the top 5 downloaded games from the Virtual Console:

1) Super Mario Bros (NES)
2) Super Mario 64 (N64)
3) Mario Kart 64 (N64)
4) Super Mario World (SNES)
5) The Legend of Zelda (NES) 

With Zelda 2 being released in just a couple of days, one can assume Nintendo will break the 5 million mark.

Sliced Comments: To be perfectly honest, I don't know why anyone would waste $10-15 on such old games.  You can buy a Nintendo 64 and get the games yourself for cheaper than that.  Sure, there are some rare games, but the rare games are not the top-selling games.  Comprende? No sé nada.
