A Wii Bit More For $299

Nintendo Australia has announced that, beginning October 28th, the Wii will have even more goodies boxed in. The black or white bundle, which already comes with Wii Motion Plus and Wii Sports, will now also include Wii Sports Resort (that's both games) and the new Wii Remote Plus, which packs the Plus technology into the original stick - no more dongle required.

Accessory freaks will be happy to hear that Wii Remote Plus will be available on its own in four colours for $69.95 on the same day. On November 3rd the Classic Controller Pro (featuring the grippy handles and second row of triggers) will go on sale for $34.95.

Kinda sucky since I already have 4 normal wiimotes. Are they same size as the original?

Still, helps Wii compete a bit better. Definitely makes it more appealing for families I'd say, and the plus easily stands up to Move I reckon.

Yeah, it's the same size as an original controller, but with the motionplus inside.

Seems like a good deal.. Another game and they'd have it pretty nicely placed though I reckon.

Well remember this is RRP, come christmas time stores will have it for RRP with a game or two included on top.
