Black Isle Studio Close

It has been reported that Interplay has shut down Black Isle studios. This news came from a member of Black Isles art department, Damien Foletto, when he posted the information on the Interplay forums. Here's a quote; "Today was my last day at the (former) BIS, as it was for my whole team."

Black Isle is well known for their PC RPGs like Baldur's Gate and Fallout. But they've hit hard times recently with legal issues surrounding their next game, many of the studios talent leaving and financial difficulty. It's a sad loss for the industry and we hope that we don’t see this happen to other popular developers.
