Club Nintendo Finally "Available"
DS, Wii

Club Nintendo, which we first reported on in April last year, has finally "launched". You can head over to their site and use the codes that have been packed into first party games over the last year to get stars. These stars can now be cashed in for exclusive Nintendo merchandise, of which there are currently five products, shipping from April. With each product you need to complete a survey before you get the points.
The only problem is that if you have already signed up and inputted your codes into the temporary site over the last year, your login doesn't appear to be working. Some people are also reporting that, after signing up again, the codes they have already used don't work.
We've like the concept of exclusive gear for dedicated Nintendo buyers for years - Japan's constant stream of awesome merchandise has been the envy of gamers worldwide. Hopefully they'll get the system in order before the one year anniversary of its announcement.
Reader Comments:
It's about time they got it up and running. Now, if only my login would work... I haven't received an email from them though, perhaps there's still a little work to be done.
Why would they send out the press release when it's clearly not ready?
I have no idea. I just received an email from them telling me it's open, but nothing has changed. I reserved stars, and I want them.

Check the email you got from them, it works fine now.
You do have to sign up and reinput the codes, but they send your registered codes anyway.
