Developers holding back on PS3 development

Atari have stated that they intend to support each of the next-gen consoles fairly, citing a 'lack of information' about the console as the reason why they're holding back. Atari's stance on the PS3 remains positive, so we should see some strong titles from the company in the coming years.
SNK, on the other hand, have gone on record to say that the PS3 'is a risk', stating reasons such as the high price point as the reason why they're holding off the development of titles for such a long period of time.
Overseas marketing manager Yoshihito Koyama told the gaming blog Kotaku that 'There won't be enough consoles at launch. Few consoles mean few software sales. We need to wait three or four years. Maybe 2009-2010 is a good time to release a game for the PS3.'
This comes from earlier news from SNK, pledging their support for Nintendo's Wii console. Hopefully this won't damage the PS3 in any major way.
