Diddy Kong Racing DS, the remake of the Nintendo 64 classic has a release date in Europe: the 20th of April.

Promising all the fun of the original version, this new version will also make use of the DS touch screen, as well as Wi-Fi powered multiplayer awesomeness. The most anticipated feature would probably have to be the ability to create your own tracks using the touch screen.

No doubt there's a lot of you out there waiting to relive this classic (myself included), so we'll be eagerly awaiting the announcement of the Aussie release date (which should follow soon after).
