D.I.R.T Origin Species Video

Nu Generation Games have released a video showing off the 3rd-person action title D.I.R.T - Origin Species. DIRT's action takes place when 'Dirt', the sassy heroine of the story awakes to dark events in her past life. The gameplay will combine guns, martial arts, mutants, and telekinesis in a fast paced action romp - as Dirt tries to defeat the bad guys and save earth from it's own government experiments. DIRT will feature a unique "RPG Lite" system which will allow you to customise the player as you progress, which will effect how you can play out each level.

Further information, screens, and character details can be downloaded from the official website. The game will be released in mid-September for PC and Playstation 2 in the US. No exact word on an Aussie release.

Sliced Comments: Hmmm, La Femme Nikita revisited in a game. Looks like full stop acronyms are all the rage in action titles as well. The game may have some potential if implemented well.
