DS Outsold By PSP In US

DS, PSP, GBA

The DS was not the top-selling portable in America for 2005. Sales figures from the year say that Sony's system sold over 1 million units more than Nintendo's'; 3.63 million for the PSP compared with 2.43 million DS units.

Unfortunately for both systems, the GBA was rock solid in its performance, outselling them both with 4.26 million moved. In total, Nintendo handhelds had a market share of nearly 65% in 2005.
