7th May 2004, 9:41pm
One game that did not appear on the original Codemaster's E3 list was Second Sight. Codemasters recently signed a deal with Free Radical Design for global publishing rights. The psyhic steal action epic will be revealed at E3 at the Codemasters booth. (Screens in article)
Second Sight sees you play John Vattic who awakes from a coma in a US medical facility. He has subjected to surgery and experimentation so much so, he does not know who he is. His name, past are no longer, the only thing that mattters is his survival, by escaping and putting the jigsaw puzzle back together of what was his life. Levels can be completed by different approaches that will suit those that like stealth or those who like all guns firing. Johns pyshic powers are able to physically influence characters, manipulate objects and individuals. If that is not enough, the story line is a dual narrative. As John moves between the past and the present, past actions will have an impact on the present time.
John is haunted by flashbacks which are fully playable episodes within the game, he is shocked by his psyhic powers. Along his travels he uncovers the events that lead to the conspiracy. For further details visit the official site www.codemasters.co.uk/secondsight
