Check out this new Trauma Center: Under the Knife vid (right click, save as) showing lots of blood, sharp glass splinters in a beating heart, dripping forceps and more. You can watch all the cool touch-screen mechanics, including the Matrix-inspired slow-motion star figure. In the game, you battle to control a plague in Japan. It's like that show Medical Investigation, except less sucky.
