Eastside Hockey Manager Get NHL Licence
10th May 2004, 10:37pm
Sega Europe and Sports Interactive have secured an endorsement by the NHL and NHLPA. The endorsement will see the renaming of Eastside Hockey Manager to NHL Eastside Hockey Manager. SI will now be able to use the logo and images and players involved in the game of NHL, which will add authenticity to the game.
The game will still represent the world professional hockey scene with 20 leagues included including leagues in countries such as US, Canada, Finland, UK, Sweden and a swag full more. This is the first non football game by SI, but will feature a detailed and realistic game engine with in-depth hockey content. Official site can be found at www.sega-europe.com/nhlehm
