EW Calls Wii A 'Must Have'

'Entertainment Weekly' put the Wii on their "Must Have" list for 2006 - the only gaming machine to make the cut. It was the "Must Have TV Accessory."

They described it as "so elegant and easy to use, we suspect it's the work of little elves. The Wii (pronounced 'whee') has a motion-sensing device in its wand-like controller - if you're playing, say, video tennis, simply hold the controller in your racket hand and make like Andy Roddick. (Extra table lamps not included.)"

The column said that "Nintendo is mum on the price but says it's less than Sony's US$499 PlayStation 3," but we all know that it will be less than US$250.
