Game Boy Advance Successor In 2004?

This months issue of Nintendo Official Magazine UK revealed some interesting information regarding Game Boy Advance successor, and that we could see it as early as next year. Here is the article below, so i'll let you decide.

"Development sources have told NOM UK that they're expecting to take delivery of development kits for the Gameboy Advance's successor before Christmas. The technology is all but finalised, so this gives developers time to ready titles for a predicted 2004 launch"
