Rockstar has finally given a solid release date for the highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto IV. Prepare your PS3 and your 360 for a pounding when April 29 rolls around, because that's when it goes on sale.

This release will be a worldwide release, thank goodness. Even with this announcement, there's still absolutely no news on a PC, leaving us PC gamers to weep quietly into our pillows on the night of the 29th.
