GTA to remain PS2 exclusive

Atleast the next game will, according to Take Two. Even though the supposed exclusives GTA3 and GTA Vice City are about to receive a Xbox release.

The next game, GTA San Andreas will appear as a PS2 exclusive (not PS3 as has been rumoured) but will most likely release on other platforms after the exlusivity ends as the previous have done. But there are still no plans to take the series to the Nintendo Gamecube

GTA was also in the press recently regarding this issue

The GTA series sure has been in the news a lot lately. Some of you might have heard about Take Two getting sued because two boys were inspired by the GTA series and decided to shoot at cars, killing one person and injuring at least one other. And they say that kids aren't influenced by video games....
