Heroes Game Confirmed
PC, Xbox 360, PS3
Well, it was only a matter of time. Tim Kring, creator of the hit TV show Heroes has confirmed that a game based on the show is in the works. Development of the game has been left in the hands of Ubisoft, who also have a game based on Lost out some time soon.
"We are very excited to be making the Heroes video game with Ubisoft. Time and again, Ubisoft has proven they can turn licensed properties into fantastic games," said Tim Kring.
The game will revolve around the central characters of the show, however, rather than simply paraphrase the events of Heroes, Ubisoft plans to put their own insights of the show into the creation of the game. What this will produce is yet to be seen, but if it is anything like the show, it should be fun.
Heroes currently has a rough, "late 2008" release window. It will appear on the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.
