Japan Gets Touched - NDS

The day has come for the Japanese. Nintendo DS has now launched in Japan. It has now been confirmed that the Nintendo DS is completely region-free. You'll have no problems playing against a buddy with a system from another country.

The Japanese Nintendo DS pack contains all the same stuff as the American DS, minus the Metroid Prime Hunters: First Hunt demo. I sincerely hope that Nintendo Australia keeps the First Hunt demo; it reportedly shows off the system's capabilities extremely well.
