Kid Icarus: Uprising Screens and Trailer
3DS

Kid Icarus is back, but not like you remember it. Under the watchful eye of Masahiro Sakurai, the creator of Kirby and Super Smash Bros., the franchise is being reborn as a ground and air combat shooter for the 3DS.
Newly announced at this E3 is a multiplayer mode for one to six players. Two teams battle against each other, whittling away their point totals as each team member is defeated. When one team loses all its points, the last member defeated is revived as the powerful Angel Pit. If the other team can track him down and defeat him, they will win the match, introducing a new ebb-and-flow dynamic to multiplayer battles.
We've got a stack of new artwork, screenshots (are those Metroids?) and a trailer, so check it out.
