Mario Party 6 Trailer and Site

The Japanese site for Mario Party 6 is up, with lots of videos showing off the Nintendo Microphone packaged with the game. If you can't find the trailer, you can grab it from the site, or if you're super lazy just download it from here.

The sixth Mario Party will come with the Nintendo Microphone, which will be used in minigames. It will also feature a new day/night system where the boards change depending on the time of day, and multi-storey courses with ladders and other crazy ways to travel.
