Max Payne 2 Mod Tools Release

Rockstar Games and developer Remedy Entertainment have recently release some official modding tools for their game Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne. The previous game was infamous for all the different mods that people made to enhance or simply fiddle with the game.
