More Pokemon. Lots More - NDS
11th October 2004, 4:49pm
Apparently there's another Pokemon game in the works for the Nintendo DS. Chun Soft will continue their popular Mysterious Dungeon series with Fushigi no Dungeon: Pokemon World Pikachu no Daibouken, or Mysterious Dungeon: Pokemon World - Pikachu's Great Adventure. But there's more. We've already reported Pokemon Dash for the DS, and even have some screenshots (view them here), but another two are forthcoming, bringing the number of Pokemon titles for the DS up to four. Already.
Pokemon Pearl and Pokemon Diamond are reported to be the true successor to the franchise - another couple of RPGs. The names 'Pearl' and 'Diamond' seem to fit nicely with the gem theme of Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire, so this may mean that they are related. Or maybe they have just run out of categories to call the new games - they've already done colours, metals, gems and types - and decided to stick with the gem theme. No info has been revealed apart from the news that they're in development.
