More Q Lovin'

DS, PSP

No, not Nintendo's DVD/Gamecube hybrid, the Panasonic Q. We mean Q Entertainment, the team behind smash hit puzzlers Lumines and Meteos, which still remains one of my favourite DS titles. They are working on two new portable titles, both of which have an emphasis on music (like their previous games).

The first is Gunpey-R (short for Gunpey Reverse), while the second is and Oto wo Tsunagou! Gunpey Reverse (Connect the Sounds! Gunpey Reverse), on PSP and DS respectively. You can expect both to harness the power of each system - the PSP version should have better graphics and audio, while the DS will appropriately be focused on your stylus skills.

They are again being published by Bandai Namco, and are set for a Spring release in Japan. No news on a Western release, but you can bet it's on the cards. You should get really excited.
