For those of you keen on the upcoming wrestling title WWE SmackDown Here Comes The Pain here's some more info to muse over whilst you wait for its release.

  • Location specific damage - There are four areas that can be worn down - the head, torso, arms and legs. There is a human outline on the HUD that acts as a meter. When a body part is not damaged it will appear black. As the body part takes damage it will move from black to yellow to orange to red. A Superstar will be more likely to submit as their body part is worn down. A Superstar will also have specific animations that favour an injured body part.
  • Inverse Kinematics - Small Superstars will lock hands with the larger Superstars. All of the animations sync up in relation to height.
  • Weight detection - There are weight classes of Superstars. Whether or not they can pick up an opponent depends on the weight class of both Superstars.
  • Superstar Attributes - The Superstars are rated across five attributes: Strength, Speed, Strength, Submission, Technique
