To accompany the news of the latest iteration in the Mortal Kombat series, here is a HD trailer to perv at for the next year or so.

The trailer shows an array of well-known characters including Johnny Cage, Kira, Kung Lao, Mileena, Nightwolf, Raiden, Reptile, Sektor, Shao Kahn, and Sub-Zero.

We assume other favourites such as Scorpion will make the cut, but hope Superman has been dropped.
