Mythic & Microsoft Settle Litigation

Mythic Entertainment have agreed on a settlement with Microsoft over trademark infringement and unfair competition suit against Microsoft. As part of the settlement Microsoft has agreed not to use the term Mythica or other derivates with future online games and to to drop the application to trademark the name Mythica. Microsoft will also assign to Mythic certain international trademark applications and registrations, goodwill and common law rights as well as domain names. Another part of the settlement was that neither party admitted any fault or liability.
