Namco Simplifies
DS
23rd January 2006, 7:19pm
Namco's new aim is to make simpler games. In Namco's latest press release, they've noted that after the brilliant success of their breakout hit, Katamari Damacy,, it's clear that making games that are more accessible is going to be key in the current business environment. They hope to build "a game that surpasses international boundaries, age, and gender; a game that anyone can pick up and quickly have fun."This fits in really well with Nintendo's philosophy for the DS, so hopefully that means that a Katamari Damacy DS could still be on the cards. It's a perfect match! Come on!
