NEC Interchannel Files lawsuit Against Xicat Interactive

NEC Interchannel, Ltd. has filed a lawsuit in the Superior Court of California in the County of Santa Clara against Xicat Interactive Inc. and Jaimee Wolf, CEO of Xicat Interactive, Inc. related to a license agreement between the parties.

The suit seeks damages for failure to pay guaranteed minimum royalties and seeks to enjoin the further distribution of Xicat's Xbox game BlackStone: Magic and Steel. The suit also seeks damages for fraud and punitive damages.
