Need For Speed Underground 2 Announced

EA have announced Need For Speed Underground 2 the sequel to the popular Need for Speed Underground which has sold five million copies worldwide to date. Expect this to be released towards the end of 2004, and will be making their way onto PS2, Xbox, Gamecube, PC and GBA. 30+ licensed cars will be available for customisation and tuning, which NFSU2 aims to promote the tuner culture.
It will be unlikely you will work yourself through all combinations which in itself is staggering offering up to 70 billion car combinations available, refine that to it will be impossible to go through them all. The city is to be free-roaming divided into 5 neighbourhoods. The player will face rival racers in a variety of events, tip offs to racing spots and where to buy aftermarket upgrades.
