Square-Enix have just opened their official site for the game, which features information and new screenshots taken from the game. For those who don't know, Dissidia: Final Fantasy is a PSP exclusive new spin-off of the Final fantasy series, which features the main heroes and villains of various Final Fantasy games facing off in a seris of battles, you might call it a Final Fantasy fighter. This means that you'll be seeing characters like Tidus from FFX facing off against opponents like Sephiroth from FFVII, a real treat for fans everywhere. The game currently only has a release date in Japan, but is expected to be released worldwide.

I'm really looking forward to this game, it's looking great, nice to see another quality title for the PSP, it needs more.

I hope we get a new generation of handhelds next year, this one's winding down big time.
