New Dragon Ball: Raging Blast Trailer And Info

Just shown off at the ongoing Gamescom expo in Cologne, Germany was Dragon Ball: Raging Blast. The game was announced by Namco Bandai earlier this year, and despite the name, looks to be a true sequel to the popular Wii and PS2 game Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3. Featuring similar gameplay to Tenkaichi 3, Raging Blast will offer 80 playable characters (including transformations), and ten stages. There will also be 2-3 alternate costumes for each character.
Players will be able to go through the events of the Dragon Ball story, but it has been stated that their actions in battle can change the story in many different ways. Over 100 "Battle Frames" can be selected at any time, regardless of chronological order in which they appear in the series. Battle Frames also include "what-if" scenarios that never occurred in the series, completing all of them will unlock a special ending. There will be an online mode, which will feature a 16-player "Budokai Tournament", single or team battle mode, and a spectator mode where players can rate the fighters.
We'll also be seeing some new forms of well known characters, such as Broly who has received a Super Saiyan 3 transformation. You can check him out here and check out the new trailer here. The game is set to be released in November in both the U.S and Europe, with the U.S having a confirmed date of November 10th.
