As a way for Turn 10's to show their appreciation to the Forza Motorsport 2 community, Two new DLC packs will be released next Friday, the 7th of December. The first DLC is a heavy-hitting car pack and the second is a new track. Turn 10 aren't revealing which cars or which track will be in the game, but we do know there will be eleven cars, and there's about a 99% chance of the track being Road America from Forza 1. Us Aussies will have to wait more until they release the Blue Mountains track. There are probably licensing issues with the Bathurst officials. This from the weekly pit pass report:

"We won't reveal just yet which cars are in the pack, or for that matter, which track you guys can download next week, but there are hints. For instance, the cover image (We've attached it to this article for your convenience) for this week's Pitpass is a top-down photo of one of my favorite Bimmers in the new pack. There are some high-end exotics coming as well as a classic rally car and even one of the most-requested muscle cars from GM made it into the 11-car line-up. As for the DLC track... anything I note about its characteristics will definitely give it away, so let me just say that it is one of our favorite tracks from Forza 1 and we're glad it's back in the game."

The best part of the DLC for both the cars and the track is that Turn 10 are releasing both for a total of 500 points (400 for the car pack and 100 for the track). Those of you who only want the cars and/or vice versa, can also download the content a la carte.

More details are expected in the middle of next week with a new trailer for the DLC too.
