New Hobbit Sketches

Vivendi Universal Interactive today released some all new sketches and artwork for their upcoming title, The Hobbit.

The Hobbit sees players taking on the role of Bilbo Baggins who sets off from his peaceful Hobbit hole in Hobbiton into the dark Mirkwood forest and ultimately to the Lonely Mountain, where Smaug the dragon lies.

Whilst travelling along, Bilbo Baggins picks up items and knowledge as he battles his way through such enemies as elves, trolls, orcs, spiders, wolves, and more. The Hobbit is scheduled for release sometime this year.
