Nintendo UK Fans Get Special Nintendo DS Bundle

The UK Nintendo site has an enviable system where regular visitors to their page rack up 'stars', which can be exchanged for wallpapers, icons or real-life gifts available in the 'Star Catalogue'.

Get ready for this:

Members with a VIP ranking and who have amassed one thousand stars have the chance to redeem their stars (and £129.99) for an extremely limited edition Nintendo DS pack. For around €190, or AUD$290-ish, they can get their hands on a 'Nintendo DS VIP Stars Pak' a full month before release. The 'Pak' contains a Nintendo DS console with the Metroid Prime Hunters: First Hunt demo like you'd expect, but also includes the awesome Super Mario 64 DS full game, a unique demo of Wario Ware: Touched! and a premium-quality and highly prized Nintendo DS t-shirt. After cashing in those stars, you have to call the customer service for payment and confirmation.

There are only three thousand of these absolutely stunning packs being made, and if you were hoping to register and get one - don't. They'll all be gone in the time it takes to collect that amount. I tried.
