No Demo for Assassins Creed

Thats right, straight from the E3 floor we can sadly confirm for all the fans out there that there will be no demo for the highly anticipated Assassins Creed game from Ubisoft.

Looks like we are going to have to wait for the full game to explore the vast cities and towns. It would have been nice to get a tutorial demo to get used to the control system, but the developers have confirmed that a demo is not necessary.

Although demos are hip at the moment, it seems a pattern is emerging with the big titles. Gears of War had no demo, and it's doubtful that GTA IV or Halo 3 will have proper demos either. Perhaps if we pay less attention to the next "big thing", logically, we should get a playable demo before release.

Expect more on Assassins Creed closer to its release at the end of September.
