It's shaped like a chainsaw. I bet you didn't see that coming. The buttons are arranged so that you actually have to hold it like you would if you were cutting something down. They chose the chainsaw design because of the terrifying Chainsaw Man in the game that will, if you're not careful, decapitate Leon. Sick!
