Just when you thought Nintendo had announced all their top selling biggest hits at E3 this year, Ubisoft has revealed some amazing new details about a new title in one of their top selling DS franchises. It's no wonder the Nintendo consoles have the most 3rd party games sold with classics like Imagine Fashion Club and Imagine Baby Club.

In Ubisoft's Petz Pony Beauty Pageant (developed by Hotgen, we couldn't have Ubisoft take all the credit for this gem), take care of pretty ponies, make them beautiful and enter them in beauty pageants to lead the Grand pony Parade!

Key Features:

 • Play as an experienced pony trainer as you run a Pony Club
 • Run a Pony Club and build friendships with other trainers
 • Experience fun adventures together
 • Take care of and train your ponies
 • Feed, wash and brush them.
 • Train them in dressage and jumping through mini-games.
 • Customise your ponies and make them beautiful , then enter them in beauty pageants
 • Choose the color, pattern and design of their hair, saddles, and hoofs.
 • After  progressing through several levels, enter your Ponies in beauty pageants to lead the Grand Pony Parade.
 • Collect stickers and exchange with friends
 • Go on beautiful walks and meet lots of animals.
 • Get stickers for each animal, then collect them and exchange with friends via wireless gameplay.
 • Meet and compete against your friends’ ponies via wireless gameplay.
 • Exchange fashion tips , accessories and stickers with friends via wireless gameplay.

Petz Pony Beauty Pageant is due out on the 13th of October 2009 exclusively for the Nintendo DS.

You guys just don't like it when someone points out something like this about you're beloved Nintendo, so you're no better.

I am pretty disgusted with Nintendo this gen. I'm a 360/PC bro.

Exactly it is the fact that it is in an article that is the problem.

Oh well at least a certain 8 yr old enjoyed reading it together with her mum.    lol

Um. The people that commented aren't writing for the site. They don't need to be impartial.

If you could point me to my biased articles, that would be great. (By the way: http://www.slicedgaming.com/news/09/06/news11138.html)

The stupid thing about this post is that it's really got nothing to do with Nintendo.

Those who commented against this news post can't talk as though they're completely unbiased and void of sarcasm.

If I read a news article with obvious positive bias towards Nintendo I cn bet it was written by nshady.

I also find RJG is particularly sarcastic ( [and everyone on these forums is at times] not that there's anything wrong with that).

The Imagine franchise is Ubisoft's most successful franchise of all time... Why wouldn't I consider their splendid DS games to be jaw droppingly amazing?

Sales figures will prove your sarcasm allegation to be false, young man!

You don't honestly expect us to believe you, Master Chief, the biggest cynic when it comes to Nintendo's current-gen lineup, think Petz is a gem or a classic, do you?

Forget it he is just a troll.

Well, to be fair, you were referring to the Imagine series as a classic. Point still stands, friendo.

No he is right. I read the first sentence and knew you wrote it and I can't usually do that with the other writers. Also how does his comment make him a bigot?

What sarcasm?

I didn't mean you at all Dash haha. Just wording up the bigot we've got here.

I'm a bigot? I don't doubt the Petz series has sold well, and I know who its demographic is - I wasn't questioning that. It was more along the lines of the sarcasm used I was questioning.

Calm down. No reason to get up in a huff because you were caught out!

The Petz series is a top seller amongst clueless mothers

Clueless mothers ? Haha !  If anything more a case of getting our kids off our backs sometimes because we're desperate for a bit of peace & quite around the place for a nice change.   LOL

Real market research went in to this article. The Petz series is a top seller amongst clueless mothers and preteens that haven't heard of Zelda, yet run around in a Phantom Hourglass in-store demo thinking they're the king of that little area you start off in.

Did MC write this?

He has a tendency to let his personal bias flow into his articles.
