Prey hits the stores

PC, Xbox 360

2K, a publishing arm of Take Two Interactive Inc. has announced that Prey has now been released in stores across the United States. The game will also be released in Australia and Europe this Friday (July 14th). Prey will be released for PC and XBOX 360 platforms simultaneously.

A Limited Collector Edition will be available, including a pewter figure, Art of Prey illustrated booklet, and free soundtrack download. Worth giving it a look if you're a collector or potential fan. Of course, the regular edition of Prey will also be available in stores here from Friday.

Prey is a shooter based upon the story of a Cherokee Indian sucked into an alien mothership, where he must find and rescue his girlfriend. It boasts next gen graphics, and both an extensive single player storyline, with a strong multiplayer component.
