Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 Coming Q3 2008

As that nicely confusing title should tell you, the latest version of Konami's FIFA killer, Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 will be here in the third quarter of 2008. PES '09 is coming for the 360, PC, PS2, PS3 and PSP. No Wii version this time.

"PES 2009 looks set to reaffirm the series' utter superiority," said project leader Jon Murphy.

"We are committed to extending the realism of the new game with a wealth of key gameplay additions, and will produce a football title that truly embodies all the skill and pace that is good about the modern game."

He's totally not overhyping it. Honest.
