Joytech the well known peripheral company is making a car adaptor for the PS2.

As expected the peripheral is powered by the lighter in your car which then transferes a 12Volt current into 230Volts to power a 7.2inch or 5.6inch colour monitor and the PS2 console. Just make sure you pull over first.
