New Zealanders will join the fray of online gaming using the PS2 on April 2nd. The package to be marketed as PlayStation Net.

Sony will be hosting servers in Australia where latency is of an importance, ensuring a smooth and fast game-play. The total package is what appears to be a bargin of $79.95 ($70AUS). Included in this pack will be:
  • Ethernet Network Adaptor
  • Ethernet Cable
  • Network Access Disc
  • Hardware Online Arena
Sounds like a bargin price to get online with PS2.
