A survey by the American Technology Research of 150 retailers across the US has estimated that between 475,000 and 575,000 PSP units sold through in the first week after its launch. The 1 million units that SCE has reportedly distributed seems about around the mark. There were about 250,000 to 300,000 units left on shelves through the launch period. One third of all the retailers polled had sold all their stock, with the other stores ranging from as little as three units left to as many as 100.SOURCE: CNN.com
