Red Steel 2 Comes With MotionPlus
Wii
2nd June 2009, 11:40am

Before Ubisoft's press conference began, it confirmed that Red Steel 2 will come with a MotionPlus adapter packaged in the bundle. The game relies heavily on the new technology for one to one depictions of your real life Wii remote swiping. Of course, in the game you have a badass sword, not a plastic gadget.
It is to Nintendo's advantage to let every developer bundle the gizmo. They'll want widespread adoption of the technology to ensure that more developers include the device in their games. It should also make it easier for us to collect up to four for all the existing controllers we have.
No word on price, but we'd have to assume the regular $100 RRP still applies.
