RUMOUR: Revolution Features
26th January 2005, 2:02pm
New rumours regarding the Nintendo Revolution (successor to Gamecube) have surfaced. Some of the claims are:- That the controller will contain gyroscopes.
- Broadband will be built-in (hey, it's there even if it isn't used). It will also have dual processors.
- The next Gameboy will connect to it, but the DS probably won't.
- We can expect four controller ports like always, but also a hard drive, and support for high-resolution displays. Our ears could be rejoicing with Dolby Digital 5.1 channel surround sound support.
- Finally, Nintendo may be siding with HD-DVD, not blu-ray, and it will be backwards compatible.
