Sega Declines Namco's Offer To Merge

Over these past few weeks there have been reports of talks between Sega an Namco about merger deals. Today, reports are suggesting that Sega has officially declined the offer.
According to several reports including Kyoto News and Bloomberg Japan, Sega has decided to decline the merger with Namco and decide to continue merging with lesser known company, Sammy.
We wish both companies the best of luck in their merge, and eagerly await what they have up their sleeves in the near future.
