Sony Getting Sued Yet Again

This time by the University of Wisconsin...

Both Sony and Toshiba have been slapped with a law suit by the University of Wisconsin, over Sony's Emotion Engine.

The University are claiming that Sony's Emotion Engine violates a patent dating back to 1986, which the University calls "miniature-fabrication".

University of Wisconsin are seeking damages as well as attempting to bar both Sony and Toshiba from using the technology.
