Spielberg to collaborate on two new games for EA

Monster movie maker Steven Spielberg is set to collaborate on two new games for Electronic Arts.
"I am a gamer myself and game development has always intrigued me,” said Steven Spielberg. "Now I've been able to jump in and do it, enjoying the creative collaboration with the EALA team on our first
two games and I feel we have two incredibly unique projects in development."
"Steven’s vision as both a storyteller and a gamemaker makes partnering with him an incredible experience," noted General Manager Neil Young. "Together we’re making games that are unique and that we feel will each move the medium in their own way."
The first is broadly described as a fun block building game for the Nintendo Wii, in which players can play over 100 different levels. It is described as "Use the Wii remote to build your own fun games and structures or turn the same Wii remote into a destructive tool to bring them crashing down." (possibly like Jenga?). Single player, co-operative, and versus modes will be included.
The second is for Xbox 360, PS3, and PC which looks more to be an adventure game, as you play out a story with a mysterious female character who "holds the key to many futures."
No time frames or further details at the moment. We'll bring them to hand as we receive them, as they both sound interesting.
Sliced Comments: As per many early EA releases, not too many details here, however so far we look like we've got a bit of a Jenga for Wii, and possibly an ICO like adventure story for the high-def platforms. The second looks like it could be very promising with Spielberg having a look in the story.
