Super Mario 3DS Out This Year! (Maybe)

For some reason, French sites are getting all the Nintendo news at the moment. GameBlog has an interview with Shiguru Miyamoto in which he fairly blatantly states "I promise to do everything to deliver your new Mario this year!".

Super Mario for the 3DS was partially revealed at this year GDC, with a handful of screenshots and a logo that seems to feature the iconic tail of the Racoon suit from Super Mario Bros. 3. As well as that, it's being developed by the same team behind Super Mario Galaxy, which can only be a good thing.
