Massive Team Fortress 2 update was sent through the Steam tubes today. It brings with it some new content instead of just bug fixes, which is just peachy.

The update contains the new map Goldrush, which brings with it the new gametype Payload, as well as a set of utterly impossible achievements for the Medic and some unlockable weapons for him too. There's also a bunch of bug fixes and stuff in the 100mb or so update, so load up Steam and get downloading. Now.

There will be so many medics on today.

My TF2 is still broken, so I can't play. Valve suck massive balls when it comes to support.

Whats wrong with your TF2?

Played a bit today to many medics so only did medic for about 30 minutes and got about 7 achievements. Some people already had all of them. The new heal thing doesn't seem as good as uber but maybe thats just cause people don't know how to use it yet.

Not a fan of TF2.

Love TFC, one of my fav multiplayer mods to come out of Half-Life, but I am *not* a fan of the new artwork design. Still, If ET:QW - UT3 - WoW- SC - COD4  all bore me to death, I'll give it a crack ^_^

Oh, and yes, Steam is IMO the worst network system ever developed, how a company that could make a game like Half-Life so right, could get a support program so very wrong is beyond me......

The art style is awesome, its good when games try to look different.

There's nothing wrong with my TF2, it's just that whenever someone shoots someone else or a door opens somewhere on the map, the game freezes for 2 to 10 seconds and a half second sound stutter repeats.

So like I said, no big deal.

TF2 net code is a fucking joke.
