Ubisoft Claim Driver Franchise

Ubisoft today finalised its acquisition of the popular Driver franchise. As well as this, it has also acquired the vast majority of Reflections Interactive Limited (the developer) including all of the staff. Here's hoping they continue the series on to the next-gen consoles.
